Life at 90 degree's South

I lead sort of an extreme existence, living in strange places on earth, the photos are me living in the South Pole, when I am not living at 90 degrees south, l call the San Diego in Southern California home.

You might ask what do I do? Well I am a research scientist, specializing in Geology, Seismology and Volcanology. Just not the nerdy type. I surf, rock climb, sky-dive....anything that gets my blood pressure pumping.

On weekends, you might find me out and about in the Gaslamp, (if your local) you know what I am talking about. Some of my hangouts are: Basic, Henry's Pub, Cuban Cigar Factory, East Village Tavern to name a few.

Occasionally, I gather with friends for "Sunday Funday" in Mission Beach... I have a serious side, which brings home the paycheck, and then the fun side which certainly knows how to put the paycheck to good use.

I currently reside in San Diego, California but I am a native Texan, having lived in Houston, Austin, Dallas and San Antonio, my family actually comes from Edinburgh Scottland, both my dad and I are members of the Highland Clan McGregor, yes we love wearing our kilts.

I was just in Scotland in July for the The Gathering 2009 great times. Still visit there often enough. Some of my hobbies include music, I play guitar and sing.

You only live once, and my motto in life is simple: Happiness is the journey, not the destination...and right now I am certainly happy..enjoying life and all that it has to offer. So I guess she would have to be someone that is equally just enjoying what life has to offer.

If that isnt enough I even have a junkie living right around the corner. He's big fat and blue. He offered me sexual favors once for cash and said something about needing money for some killer oatmeal rasins or some carp like that.

With all that aggrivation around me its no surprise that im a grouch......and green. I feel like I need to take break and relax a little.

My plans for world domination consume a lot of my time. So, I'm currently training for three different decathlons and a hot dog eating contest, all of which I will be competing in tomorrow.
